Shipping policy

United States Shipping
All shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination and total weight. Orders ship from Texas via FedEx. Orders placed before 12pm CT Monday–Friday typically ship same business day. Typical delivery is 2-5 business days.

International Shipping
Orders ship from Texas via FedEx or DHL. Due to tariff paperwork and customs requirements, international shipping is available only for orders of $500 USD or more. Orders under $500 will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

We do not ship to freight forwarders. All international orders must ship directly to the final destination address. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected at delivery.

Digital Products
Memberships, event registrations, and software licenses are delivered by email. No shipping is required.
